excellent service and great attitude

i submitted a claim with the mentioned insurance. all i can say is wooow!!!! a star in the making Lelethu Jonga.. she is indeed an asset to the company. she turned what was supposed to be a horrible expirience to an oustanding and bliss expirience. not once did i ever have to follow up or remind her. Prompt, pollite, excellent. she was empathetic and friendly.. i just dont have enough words to describe her.. Well done Lelethu Jonga. for that kind of service. i will recommend Discovery insure to ANYONE
