Excellent service and assistance

I was helped by Monique Wiese with motor insurance when my wife's vitality drive was not active. I'm not going into that, but Monique gave me the most excellent service and actually too INITIATIVE; which is something that absolutely no one understands regarding service delivery in this country. Not only did she assist me in a proficient and friendly manner, but she noticed something my broker should have spotted. updated my policy on the spot and thus saved me money on my monthly premium. Further to that se was excellent at explaining in practical terms how to get the most out of Vitality Drive. A website and informational pamphlets by Discovery only goes so far and Monique helped me make sense of what to prioritise etc.
