“I must say, when I realised I would have to claim over R60k from insurance for my laptops I was honestly dreading it. Not having claimed anything in 20 years I did not understand the process and was so worried about what to do because as a freelancer I depend on my laptop to work and earn an income every day. But my fears were for naught. I simply call to my broker, Cliff Milan and literally 5min later I have a lovely lady Keneiloe Makgalemele from Discovery call me and immediately arrange for assessment on the laptops the very next morning. A day later and the assessment was done, and with the help from Kgomotso Sefume and Keneiloe Makgalemele this claim was approved for payout less than 48hrs later, and I received my money in even less time after already in my Discovery Bank account. All I can say is WOW! Talk about customer service, you guys rock! I truly hope I never have to claim again for another 20 years, but it is great to know that there are companies like Discovery Insure that just take customer service to a whole new level.
