Excellent service

I had a blocked drain on Sunday and I contact Discovery Insure to assist me with the problem. Willie Scholtz was at the other end of the phone and delivered outstanding service. He was friendly assisted me to put in the claim and kept me well informed about when the people will come and assist me with the blocked drain. He phoned twice to ensure that the people were there and follow it up to get feedback from me on the service of the contractors that came to unblock the drain and if I was satisfied with the service. Well done Willie the drain was unblocked within a few hours.
