I had a problem last night with my car. I couldn't drive.

Jabulile Shiba took my call and assisted me arranging the tow truck from First Help and the Lock Smith guys.

She kept calling me and checking up on me to make sure I was safe. Very calm and friendly. Thank you so much Jabu for your assistance. I owe you a cup of coffee ☕️!

Oh by the way, I also work for Discovery, but I didn't tell her but she treated my situation with urgency and care.
