Excellent Service, above and beyond!!

I dealt with the team at Discovery Insure and received absolutely dazzling service.

In particular I’d like to mention the following awesome people:

Dominic Madlala -Claim Danielle Scholtz Heleen Coetzer

Not only were they in constant communication, they arranged EVERYTHING! From the collection of paperwork, through to contacting assessors and third parties to a general conversation asking me if I am ok and coping with the matter.

They were so personal, I didn’t just feel like a number on an insurance schedule, they really care and provided all the support and more. The first question they asked after the accident was is your husband ok, do you need medical help and then the rest of the information was requested. They put us at ease and I endured no stress or pressure during the process and even purchasing a new car was a breeze because they had arranged everything. They had the new car on standby even before I drove to sign the final paperwork at the dealership.

I want to commend each one on their role parlayed. They truly went above and beyond their call of duty.
