Excellent Service

I had to make changes to my existing policy. Kirk de Sai assisted me with this and was extremely friendly and helpful. He changed my policy whilst on the line with him and immediately emailed my updated policy. Delighted to have had this kind of service from Kirk at Discovery's call center.

I deal a lot with call centers where the operators are absolutely useless. So here I give Kirk 100% for being so professional.
