Excellent Service

I want to compliment Thandi Thoabana for excellent and efficient service.<br> <br> An issue was raised with Discovery Insure on 24 March. Several emails and phone calls later, Thandi phoned me on the 5th of May. She remained calm and efficient at all times, although by this time I was extremely frustrated with the lack of service from Discovery Insure. She was the only consultant who was prepared to confirm what we discussed by email and detailing exactly what was being done to resolve the issue. <br> <br> She also followed up and kept me updated with the progress and by Friday 8 May the issue was resolved and the correct cash back amount was paid into my account.<br> <br> She is an asset to the DQ Track team and must be commended for her work ethic and the efficiency with which she helped resolve my problems.<br> <br>
