Excellent Service
Nonqoba Ndawonde was my appointed claims consultant. This was my first claim since joining. My ignorance on procedure, my inability to submit online was totally ignored by her, she was friendly, helpful, courteous and super-efficient throughout the whole claims process which was finalised in a short space of time. Really refreshing to receive such excellent service in a time where good service is generally, sadly lacking.
