Excellent service

I recently submitted a claim within the waiting period, even though I was not aware of a waiting - t is noted in the policy document I received. My Claim Consultants were Thando Ngwena & Bheki Khoza. They took it upon themselves to assist me in convincing Management to approve the claim, even though the claim was during the waiting period. I can happily state that I received the good news on 4/9/2023 that my claim was approved & payout (R35k) will be made this week
