Excellent service

On 11 November 2019 I submitted a claim for my broken bed to Discovery Insure. On 13 November replacement for my bed was already authorized. Thanks for your excellent service. I was assisted by Thandeka Mncube and her level of professionalism and politeness was just refreshing. Previously when I claimed for my laptop I was given the option of allowing Discovery to purchase the claimed item on my behalf or receiving a voucher to purchase it myself. I was bit agitated when I was told I must purchase it myself, but Thandeka politely explained why that was so and their reasoning. Thanks for your excellent service!
