Excellent Service

I called Discovery Insure to cancel a cover that I've had with them since 2018, and was referred to their retention specialist Ms Ntombi Nyembe.

And wow, wasn't she great!..

She literally threw every little ounce of valuable knowledge that she had in her retention attempt, and managed to lower my premium by more than 50% with minor adjustments. Pitty my (Covid-19 effects) financial situation couldn't really allow me to stay on, otherwise I would have.
