Excellent Service

Amazing service AGAIN from Discovery Insure. We required assistance for our car as the battery had died. William Machitiso assisted us, his standard of service was excellent, he delivered what he had promised, with a call to confirm a time frame of when someone would be able to assist us. Within 30 minutes of our call we had an agent come out and assist us. Followed by up call from William to confirm if the agent had assisted us and if we were happy with the service. Discovery Insure has really gone beyond my expectation of insurance companies, delivering on the service, not being once off but a continuous service delivery excellence.
