Excellent Service

Mr. Ngwenya has over the past three weeks been assisting us with logging-in our Company details on the Discovery Claims View programme as new service providers. He always answered the phone with a smile, even though his department experienced a lot of queries during the time as they had system challenges, as it was recently launched. We found Mr. Ngwenya to be a diligent worker. He always took responsibility of the tasks at hand and made sure that they were resolved within the allocated turn-around time. He is an exemplary employee as he goes beyond the scope of work allocated to him. We at Uhuru Trading 2004 (Pty) Limited will 'head-hunt' him head to our Public Relations department, as soon as the positions becomes vacant.
