EXCELLENT SERVICE

I made a call to Discovery Insure to see if there was any way that they could lower our premiums. As pensioners it is hard to come by with all that is needed to pay. I was lucky to get Mamabhlale Lenong on the line. She tried to negotiate a lower premium with her senior, but without any success. We had more items to load and other to take off and at the end of the conversation, I asked her again if there was no way to lower our premium. She put me on hold and came back with the good news to lower the premium with R400pm. We are so grateful for her help, patience and excellent service that she provided.
