Excellent service

<p>Yesterday i celebrated my 2 year anniversary as a client of Discovery Insure and sadly received a revised contract which i was not happy with. Today, i was contemplating to shop around for insurance quotes just to test the market but thought, just as a courtesy, to phone Discovery Insure to voice my frustrations. I received quite a commendable service from a very professional lady named Mukovhe Ligege, if it wasn't for her Discovery Insure would have lost me as a client. Oftentimes we complain about poor service standards in SA but this time I would like to send a compliment for the great service received. I wish I received the same service quality from all service providers - its critical for businesses to have the right kind of people in Customer Care for Customer Retention!</p>
