First time I had to make a claim on insurance. Kevin Du Plessis from Discovery Insurance claim department was very helpful and print with feedback and progress. Claim submit on the 05/04/2016 payment authorized on the 18/04/2016. <br> <br> Don't know what the time frame for insurance claim are, but I where very satisfied that it's been sorted in two weeks time.
