EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

I had changed over to Discovery Insure in January this year after receiving a 100% annual increase from Alexander Forbes on my 2013 BMW (From R1700 to R3400 pm).<br> Since then I have been involved in a fender bender in traffic. Car was repaired and given back to me in just over a week.<br> As I drove home from the repairer last week, I ended up getting caught in an Hailstorm in Durban, resulting in more damages to the vehicle.<br> I submitted a claim to Discovery Insure yesterday, who advised me to take my vehicle in to a local Assessment Centre at 8.30am this morning. I have just received a call from Discovery Insure at 3.00pm today authorizing the claim... Talk about excellent service delivery.<br> Keep up the good work Discovery Insure, and fellow employee Simon Farisane :)
