To Management at Discovery Insure.<br> I am writing to record a note of appreciation for the good service that I received from a staff member by the name of Carel Nortje a Claims Specialist at Discovery Insure.<br> <br> Recently i was involved in a motor vehicle accident , Carel was assigned as the claims specialist for my claim, I have nothing but praise for how this gentlemen handled my claim, not only did he take the time to explain the process to me, but he also constantly kept me up to date with the progress of the claim. <br> Within a couple of weeks my claim was handled and resolved , bearing in mind , my vehicle was written off in the accident.<br> <br> Thank you Carel for your efficiency.....To management....This is the caliber of people you want working for your organisation.... <br> Carel comes highly recommended......<br> <br> Thank you once again....Keep it up !!!!!!
