I cancelled my policy with Discovery Insure, and Kabelo Mahlala went out of her way to help me<br> get my claim free year certificates even though it was quite involved. She stayed on the line to ensure that I received the email. And followed up with an email confirming receipt.<br> I wish more of our service providers could offer a service like this.
