Excellent Service

I had a claim with Discovery Insure that was handled efficiently. Once I had reported it through the call centre, I received confirmation together with the contact details of the claims administrator. The assessor was appointed (with timelines). Every step of the progress of the claims process was communicated via email (and sms). Whenever I phoned the call centre number, I received continuance on the claim from any available claims agent even when the responsible person was engaged. I received prompt responses and effective guidance on documents required right up to the conclusion of the claim.
