Simon Ngoepe from Discovery Insure was professional and ensured that I got assisted on time when I phoned the call centre for Emergency Assist. He went as far as providing me with his direct line to ensure that I can get hold of him while I was waiting for assistance.

He made sure that my issue was sorted and that I had arrived to a place of saftey before he closed my call. Pleasant experience indeed.
