excellent service

Simon Ngoepe at Discovery Insure, has given me the most amazing service this week. When I unfortunately had to experience a car accident. He called as soon as they detected the vehicle had an impact and asked if I needed medical attention and if I was alright. The entire process was hassle free and fast and efficient and Simon was so soothing over the phone, he was able to calm me down and get all the information he needed to help me. Tow truck was arranged within a couple of minutes, and everything was sorted out swiftly. Thank you Simon!
