Excellent service

On the 5 of June I contacted your call center, I do not remember who I spoke to, however, I asked the agent if if there was a cheaper plan that is similar to the one I had that I could change to as I can no longer afford the premiums I was paying and she said that there wasn't any. I then asked her if I could change to the Essential Plan and she said that that plan was for their new clients. I was unhappy and disappointed, as I had been with Discovery for a while. I therefore shopped around for another Insurance company and Yesterday (12 July) I called to cancelled my Insurance (it was one of the hardest thing I had to do as I consider this company as one of the best when it comes to insurance) and I was transferred to a lady by the name of Zimkita Sundu , who listened to what I had to said and had empathy and she was also professional, she gave me a better option and convinced me to stay with the company. We need more people like her.
