I lodged a claim on Monday and was referred to Tovhowani Mufamadi who was efficient from beginning to end and responded to all my e-mails the very same day unlike other instances I have experienced. He really comes highly recommended and needs to be commended for his friendliness and efficiency in handling this matter.
