I had a very great experience with this individual, on my first call he introduced himself(as Kabelo Modipa) very kindly and professionally, he managed to calm me down as I was very much stressing he listened and understood my needs, since It was holidays I had little faith in terms of service delivery but Kabelo went an extra mile in insuring that everything is resolved as quickly as possible he contacted me daily on the progress of my claim, it took less than four days to have everything finalized, what an excellent service!!
