Excellent service

After a car accident caused by a third party, Discovery Insure followed up with them to recover the excess amount. This resulted in the excess being waived, prior to me collecting my vehicle from the panelbeaters. I received feedback on my query with regards to the excess amount within 15 minutes of sending it.
