Excellent Service

Good Day <br> <br> I would like to give special mention to Themba Dube from Discovery Insurance for the excellent service he gave me yesterday. I was having a bad day and had been fighting with my previous insurer Nedbank Insurance due to bad support and customer service. They had cancelled my policy a month before the requested time as I was moving to Discovery that means I had been driving with no cover for ten days . All the same after calling the Nedbank insurance they offered to reinstate the policy and I decided they had caused me enough stress so I called my new insurer Discovery . The policy was to begin 1 October but I now needed to activate sooner .<br> Themba was excellent with the resolution of my queries and explained to me the way forward . I told him of the offer to reduce my premium from another insurer and he reduced my premium with Discovery and I really now have probably the best insurance deal on the market for my car.i am really assured that switching to discovery was the best decision I have made.<br> <br> Thank you Discovery and Thank you Themba
