Excellent service

Friday I called in for towing services, my call was taken by Joelene Scholtz. Joelene asked me all the relevant questions to understand my case. She kept me up to date with the progress of finding the nearest towing company. In 5 minutes I received a call from the gentleman from towing to assist me with my vehicle. He managed to tow my vehicle to the nearest safe destination. Joelene still called to ensure that did I receive assistance. She is very compassionate and diligent in her work. You are a star :-)
