EXCELLENT SERVICE

I called Discovery to change insurance on a car and spoke to Thato. At first I thought she was rather pedantic, but as the call progressed I realised that she was extremely professional and very very thorough. I must have spoken to her for about 30 minutes, during which she checked all the details of my insurance with Discovery, and actually saved me money by correcting some incorrect details. Thato is a great example of why Discovery are so good, and needs to be complimented on her attitude, helpfulness and product knowledge.
