Excellent service
After initially considering canceling my policy with this insurer, Mathibedi Chueu from the Retentions department went out of his way to assist me with resolving my concerns. Due to the excellent service received, I was able to retain my policy and have all my concerns resolved. I am impressed with the level of professionalism with which I was assisted.
