Excellent Service

I have been struggling for 2 days with a claims consultant at Discovery Insure to get an amount back which I had to pay to get an assessment done for a broken tablet. I later phoned out of despiration and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I ended up with Vusumzi, and he assisted me so quickly and effeciantly. Thank you very much.
