<p>I, Stephen La Bercensie recently submitted an insurance claim to Discovery for a motor vehicle accident. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the panel shop they chose to do the repair, and Vanessa Padayachee agreed that I could get a quotation from a panel shop of my choice.
