Excellent Service

<p>On Monday, 13 February 2017, I had a car accident. I called Discovery Insure and was assisted by Nompumelelo Bandezi, who is a Claims Advisor. When I spoke to her, I was still shaking as the accident had just happened. She handled my call very professional and was very helpful. She was humble. I could hear that she was so passionate about her job and is well trained to handle clients who have been involved in an accident. Even with follow-up calls she was still professional. I would like to commend her for an excellent service!</p>
