<p>Just been on a call with Anna Mbuyane from the Sandton Branch of Disovery Insure! Wow what a professional and throughly nice person. My interaction was quite complicated (ending old car insurance, stopping a tracking, starting new car insurance and installing new tracker as well as updating cell phones etc. </p> <p>Big shout out to Anna - and to Discovery - I always find their contact centre agents (across all their lines of business) to be of the highest calibre. Well done!</p>
