He not only wnats to go the extra mile but also goes beyond the call of duty, he managed to resove a quey in under 20 minutes after i ahve been told a manager will contact me within 24 to 48 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well Done Marc dont loose your passion and I hope Discovery values your dedication, you the reason they still have my business!!!</p>
