<p>I had a claim, my 1st household claim and dreading to deal with the admin and up down. But to my rescue came Kgomotso Sefume, she was compesationate and understanding. From the moment I logged the claim she was informative, helpful, patient, followed up and constatly keep in communication with me. Then my claim was approved and I also spoke to kind gentleman named Charles from P&G and also very helpful, with 4 days all was sorted.
