Excellent Service!!!

<p>I have been with Discovery Insure since Aug 2016, I was recently in the unfortunate experience of having my phone ****** just before Christmas.</p> <p>The process of claiming was so simple, I just logged the claim online and it was done. As there were so many public holidays I had to wait a while which was understandable but when I made contact I was assured that my claim was being handled by Fazeela who would be in contact with me. I sent through images of the new phone I had purchased to let Fazeela know that a replacement device was not necessary.</p> <p>She handled my claim very profesionally and assisted with getting the claim paid out speedily. I did very little throughout this entire procedure which was super convenient.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Discovery Insure and Fazeela for all the help!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
