Excellent Service

I want to compliment one of your excellent employees, Lelo Rammitloa for the excellent service and great attitude. Lelo called me to deliver the news that my claim was authorised less than 48 from logging a claim.<br> On the call she did just make me feel like a customer but she made me feel like I was the only Discovery Insure client. it was not only about delivering the news but she also wanted to know how I was doing/feeling after I was involved in an accident and that I must not feel bad about things that we cannot control.<br> I would really like to thank this lady for the excellent service and also would like to give credit to the Vitality insure team for the speedy and efficient service.
