EXCELLENT SERVICE

I would like to place on record the excellent service received by Zunaid. We had an issue with our vehicle and was left with my 2 kids and partner in the blazing heat. We were lucky enough to get through to Zunaid who had me appalled by his willingness to assist and more so kept the interest of my family as a priority. Coming from a service background, it is very hard to get great service these days, but i believe in giving credit where due. I had been insured with Santam for many years and for comfort purposes, wanted to remain with them after buying a new vehicle. My partner however decided to do his own thing and sign up with Discovery. I was the least bit pleased and with 1 foot out, still considered relooking at my options because they were cheaper. Zunaid has managed to change my views on this! I am impressed with the individual service provided and it didn't take much to make me become confident in what we have. So while half the world is in turmoil with a pandemic, and the other half in holiday spirits, i want to express my gratitude to Zunaid for making us a priority and assisting today! Your passion for your job shows in your level of enthusiasm to help others.
