I called Discovery Insure this morning to cancel my homeowners insurance and was connected to Unathi who was very professional and friendly. She helped me with my request and was very engaging and clued up on her products that prompted me to convert from one insurance product to another. <br> <br> That's excellent customer retention skills right there!
