Excellent Retention service
I would like to thank Shafick Allow from the retention department for the excellent service and reassurance on the service commitment from discovery. I was ready to cancel my policy as a result of trying to add a vehicle 3 months ago that was never done. One call from Shafick and my policy was updated and my car was added.
