Excellent Product Knowledge and Customer Service

Thank you Katlego Maphoso for restoring hope for me in Discovery. In my past few interactions with the call center I had some serious issues with the service I recieved and doubted if I am with the right insurer the only reason I did not cancel my policy is because of no access for persons over 55 years. Now I can certainly say without hestitation that after speaking with you that is not the only reason, you have restored my hope with Discovery. I am not the easiest person to please when it comes to customer services but you have done that effortlessly by ticking all the boxes, from the way you handled yourself and amazing product knowledge.
