Excellent problem solving and friendly of service

I was particularly impressed with the stand out service offered by the aforementioned customer service rep. I have been having perennial problems with my DQ tracking device and have been receiving an overwhelming number of (friendly) calls from DQ tracker because of a faulty device that keeps registering a serious non-existent crash for my vehicle. <br> Chadwyn was the first customer service rep that actually took the time to log a fault and immediately book a actually make an appointment to have the unit serviced. None of the countless calls from his dept had ever bothered to do the same. <br> I am grateful also for his polite and friendly manner and a further follow up call to make sure I had received confirmation of appointment details.
