Excellent handling of cellphone theft claim

Fantastic service from Discovery Insure. On Saturday my cellphone was ******, I reported the theft to police on Sunday and submitted my claim on Monday. I was contacted within 2 hours by Nombulelo Hegeni who advised that she would handle my claim. As soon as the SAPS sent me my case number (at Cape Town station this is only given to you 2 days after opening a case) on Tuesday Nombulelo sent me an authorisation- my claim was finalised in less than 24 hours and probably would have been sooner if the police had given me my case number sooner.

This morning a new phone was delivered to my offices by their service provider J Cell- who were also excellent- they delivered it the very next day after receiving my excess amount. Very happy customer.
