After a lightning strike on my house on 3 Feb 2018, all TV's and related electronic equipment was destroyed, My claim was handled by Vusumzi Mqokozo in a very efficient and friendly manner. At all times he informed my of any progress, or lack thereof, and what was being done rectify any holdups. I had direct access to him via email, to which he responded promptly on all occasions.
