Excellent emergency service

I had only the best experience when I called Discovery emergency service this morning. My vehicle went into limp mode with the engine light on, and needed to arrange towing to Ford. The lady that assisted me was so friendly and helpful! She 1st asked if I was safe and okay, when I confirm yes, she proceeded with the claim. The flatbed was here within 30min from when the call ended and on its way to Ford within an hour. The lady even called back a little while after to ensure that all was in order! Appreciated the assistance and great service!
