Excellent Emergency Assistance

After being in an accident, we called Discovery Emergency Response and spoke to Christo Smit. His assistance was excellent, calming and most helpful in our traumatized state. He knew exactly what to do and took care of everything and even while still on the phone with him, roadside assistance and ambulance services arrived. While we were disorientated, he directed us to what we needed to do with firm, calm and concise instructions and advised us of what we need to take note of. After arranging help, he called back to make sure that we are being assisted by the correct Discovery stakeholders. He then called back again later to confirm that our current needs were met. It was very reassuring to know he has got our back. All of this shows the excellent training of Call Centre staff and their professionalism in assisting in emergency situations. We are most thankful.
