Excellent Customer Service: Zunaid Joseph
I would like to personally commend Zunaid Joseph on his exemplary customer service. My vehicle broke down this morning and I contacted Discovery Insure for them to urgently assist. My initial call was not to my satisfaction and I called in again and Zunaid provided me with the urgency I expected. He was quick to respond and every step of the way made sure that I was updated. I hope Discovery Insure know what an asset they have in Zunaid.
