Excellent Customer Service - Shafick Allow

Yesterday I called Discovery Insure to discuss a reduction in my premium because I believe that my risk profile has decreased. The lady I spoke to simply stuck to her script and when I said that I would shop around for better prices and move my business elsewhere, her response was simply ‘okay’. Today I called and spoke to Shafick Allow from the retentions department. My experience was completely the opposite of yesterday’s. Shafick was very professional and used his empathy to understand my position. Shafick truly understands customer service. It is because of Shafick that Discovery Insure did not lose me as a client today. Thank you Shafick.
